LET'S RAPIST WALK FREE?

This is Eric Slaven. When he was nineteen years old he was arrest by the Madera Police Department and was charged with four counts of raping a passed out fifteen year old girl that he and two of his friends got drunk. His two sixteen year old friends plead guilty to sex charges but Slaven (an adult), who is a family friend of our Madera County District Attorney Ernie LiCalsi, took a plea bargain of "ABUSING A CHILD" and served only 180 days of house arrest and despite the age of his victim does not have to register as a sex offender. The DA's office is now helping Slaven modify his five year probation so he doesn't have to attend sex offenders classes.
