MADERA -  Madera’s own, Alec Gamboa, also known by many Madera sports fans as “Baby,” has been selected to compete in the final try-out for the USA World 16 and Under Baseball Team in Cary, North Carolina. After a five day marathon from August 21-26, the players representing the United States in international competition will be selected.
